downloaded music and iTunes

so I downloaded a fair number of music from iTunes. Unfortunately, taht computer has died and now I have no way of getting my music back.
Anyone know how I can get my purchaced music back?

Sign on to I Tunes from another computer. Your library is there. Install the latest I Tunes then say you want to get it and it comes to you.

no, once you sign on with your account, your library is completely blank.
